Nothing like being ten tables deep and realizing you're out of napkins. Suddenly you're negotiating paper towels like it's a black market. And those little caddies? Yeah, those are your lifeline. Napkins, straws, condiments, that's not organization, that's strategy. Because once service starts, there's no time to think. You're either ready or you're running.
