You ever go to a really nice restaurant and then visit the bathroom? That's the moment of truth. Because up until then, everything's been a performance. Great lighting, beautiful plating, everyone smiling like they love their job. And then, the bathroom. And suddenly it's like, oh, so this is who you really are. Wet floor, empty soap, trash can doing its best but losing. And now you're standing there like, I just paid $80 for dinner, and this is the sequel? Because here's the thing.
